The objectives for the Demystifying Homelessness project are:
Understanding
Gain an understanding of the concept of homelessness.
Impact
Understand the effects of homelessness.
Education
Provide information and resources to City of GC staff.
Connection
Build relationships between City of GC staff, services who work with people experiencing homelessness including homelessness services, unfunded outreach services / food services; health services.
Engagement
Gain confidence in engaging with homeless people.
